2 years ago“Did you ever play that game as a kid where you imagined what answers you’d supply if you were the high-profile subject of an interview? It’s sort of a classic exercise in self-definition. I’d guess that most people do it during the 8-16 age range and then forget about it.
Anyhoo, it just struck me that blogs are a precise manifestation of that game. With a blog you’re both interviewer (tacitly) and interviewee (explicitly). You control what statements of yours go on the public record and you have the opportunity to revise them whenever.
